- Nothing is permanent
- Including 'love'
- You are 16. How many adults do you know that are with the same person they went out with when they were 16? That's right, none.
- Expect the unexpected and never take things for granted
- You could be homeless tomorrow (happened to me)
- Never make promises to anyone unless you know 110% you can fulfil them
- School isn't everything, so don't let it get to you
- You can go learn whatever whenever whether you're 18 or 62, so don't let your life revolve around it
- Failure isn't the end of the world, it just means you weren't supposed to do that thing at this certain point in life
- NEVER get a credit card
- I have survived without one on my own earned money and I am 21 seeing friends the same age in debt up to their eyeballs. All their new clothes and make-up will not keep them alive when they can hardly afford to eat.
- Don't get a car unless you really need one, like if you live in middle of fucking nowhere
- Just because someone else has something it doesn't mean you have to
- Remember you are not what you own
- No one likes a sheep, be your own person, start your own trends
- People will remember you for it
- Get a job when your young if possible (I was 13)
- It taught me much more than a school/college ever has
- NEVER treat people like shit, it will most certainly come back to haunt you
- Karma is a big bitch to bitches
- Don't go down a certain path in your life just because your parents want you to
- They are not you. You have to live it forever, they don't
- Never put a guy first
- In the wise words of Gaga "a career won't wake up one morning and decide that it doesn't love you any more"
