Moroccan Inspired Curry
  
    - Onion (pers.pref.) 
- Garlic (pers./pref.) 
- 1 tsp tumeric 
- 2 tsp cumin 
- 1/4 tst allspice 
- 1 cinnastick 
- 2 potatoes 
- 4 carrots 
- 2 1/2 cups water 
- 1/4 cup raisins 
- Peas/Chickpeas (pers.pref.) 
- 1 tbsp maple syrup 
- 2 tsp a.c.vinegar 
- S&P 
- Basmati rice
      
        - Heat onions + saute 5-7 
- Add garlic + spices 
- Add pots + carrots (maybe precooked, faster) 
- Add water - bring to boil 
- Add raisins + chickpeas 
- Simmer 30 
- Add syrup, a.c.vinegar + S&P 
- Cook rice along side of this, obviously
