• Start waking up earlier so that I have time to pack a lunch and not just buy campus/Tim Horton's food.
  • Cut caffeine out of my diet.
  • Change my sleep schedule in order to sleep from 12-8am every day.
  • Work out at least 4 times (run x2, yoga x1, weights x1) per week
  • Stop drinking pop (again)
