Demon Vampire who subsists by feeding on the life essence of living creatures (often in the form of blood). While all vampires need some form of life-essence, the quality and quantity vary greatly: from daily to rarely, from needing lethal amounts to barely notable

• Actually Reign trained to be vegetarian for maintain his appearance and power. Blood actually didn't make him become maniac
• Reign is able to move at incredibly quick speeds appearing only as a blur to unready opponents
• Reign is a melee brawler when his Innocence is activated with no set style. Instead he relies on brute strength to tear opponents apart. Reign's teeth can bite through practically any Armor except when the armor is thick enough for the fangs not to penetrate completely
• Reign's most astounding traits when drinking other demon's blood his incredible durability. He has been in several situations which should have led to his death and survived, including having all the moisture drained from his body and being locked in an Iron Maiden
• When pushed to his limits, Reign can drain the blood from his body and wield his maximum strength remotely as an almost invulnerable, winged blood mannequin. His mind then takes possession of the mannequin and allows him to move it freely. He can even split the mannequin in several parts if he wishes. The Blood regains his body afterwars.

• He able to create, shape and manipulate blood of oneself, others or from their surroundings, whether it be from blood-banks, hospitals, or battlefields.

LIMITATIONS

• May be unable to create blood, being limited to manipulating only from already existing sources.
• May be limited to manipulating the blood of others or only themselves.
• May bleed to death by drawing too much blood.
• Some users could be limited on what type of blood they can control, e.g. animal blood.
• To manipulate one's own blood for external applications, one may have to draw blood.
