-Wei Wuxian separates his life, without noticing, into three chapters. Some days, they’re hard to look at, hard to read, harder to know he wrote all of them himself. Some of the words are in blood.
-Lan Wangji enjoys spending time with his pregnant husband. Wei Wuxian gets fucked so hard he wets the bed.
-Wei Ying gets herself into trouble and then more trouble trying to get herself out of it.
Jiang Cheng is extremely angry. Yanli is trying to calm everyone down with the help of Lan XiChen. Wangji is being self deprecating. But Wei Ying just wants someone to untie her from the bed please and thank you!
-It was a beautiful, sunny day. A crisp, cool breeze was blowing, offset by the warm rays of the sun. The grass was vibrantly green, sprinkled with tiny white flowers. The rabbits were out, hopping contentedly around their meadow, practically begging to be picked up and cuddled. All of it was made surreal by the fact that a six-year-old Lan WangJi sat in the middle of the clearing, silently petting a black rabbit that had made itself comfortable on his lap.
Wei WuXian sat nearer the edge of the meadow, legs crossed at the ankles, chin in hand, and his elbow resting on his knee. He stared at Lan WangJi, searching for happiness in him.
-Wei Wuxian makes his husband earn the privilege of fucking him.
-Wei Ying's day started like any other. He didn't sleep, showered and left for work without eating breakfast, and because he's poor, rode his bike. The only unusual thing is the truck that hits him as he turns a corner. When he wakes up stuck in the body of one Yiling Patriarch, he has one priority: to preserve his second life. If he happens to fall in love with his new body's long-standing rival who decides to help him survive, well, it must be karma.
-Wei Wuxian twenty five, pining, never been kissed and a virgin.
Enter: Lan Wangji, grad student/TA who's determined to change that.
-“Wei Wuxian,” the person says, and he is startled at being spoken to directly all of a sudden. “Always so disruptive, so arrogant. Look at you now.”
The person’s voice sounds familiar but he can’t quite place it. “Well I can’t really look,” he says, before he can consider if it’s a good idea, “You know. Because of the blindfold?”
-Wei Wuxian gets married to Lan Wangji a different way. Did you know if you pull a Lan Sect member's ribbon off you have to marry them? Everyone knows how strict the Lan Sect is about rules. Everyone.
-Wei Wuxian valiantly tries to wreck his marriage to Lan WangJi.
He's carefully compiled a list of grievances in order to break it off. Collected one character flaw after another to present the charges to Master Jiang FengMian. His only hope. “I want a divorce.” “Oh, do you now?” “Yes, I do.”
Lan WangJi, on the other hand, is quite content to spend their first anniversary at Lotus Pier. The lotus are quite lovely this spring.
-“Will you be alright?”
“No, I’ll die.” Wei Wuxian laughs and laughs. Then he presses their foreheads together because he can. “Of course I’ll be alright! Why ask the question in the first place? Are you worried, Lan Zhan, just because this will be the first time we’ve been apart since we got married?”
“Yes.”
-“Go. Like...” Wei Ying is looking at him with wide eyes, glancing down at where Lan Zhan is quite literally clutching his dick like a lifeline. “Like you have to piss?”
Lan Zhan can only nod and squeeze his eyes shut, more sobs wracking through him. Wei Ying is never going to leave coffee mug rings on his desk ever again after this.
All things left bottled up must eventually come out. Of course, it helps when your hot coworker is there to get you through it.
-Jin Guangshan uses an array to show everyone exactly what the Yiling Patriarch is getting up to in the Burial Mounds. Finally, everyone will get to see the deadly Wen army that he is amassing there.
Instead, all they see is a group of old people, an overly friendly fierce corpse, an adorable child, and the supposedly evil Yiling Patriarch, who is too busy being a protector and father to actually do anything evil.
(No, things definitely aren't going to plan).
-Little A-Yuan makes an impromptu trip to the past, and all he wants to do is spend some quality time with his parents.
A teenage Wei Wuxian and Lan Wangji are not equipped to deal with this.
-There is a traditional rule that an omega raped by an alpha would be required to marry said alpha.
-Soulmate? What’s in a soulmate?
-Only cultivation partners can ever touch the forehead ribbon.
-During the Bloodbath of the Nightless City, Lan Wangji decided he would protect Wei Wuxian, even if it meant cutting down others and being cut down himself. For his treason, he is executed at the hands of Gusu Lan, leaving Wei Wuxian with more regret and guilt than anything.
Thirteen years is a long time to wait for a beloved to return. In the span of that time, Wei Wuxian survives, working himself mad.
Thirteen years mourning Lan Wangji. Thirteen years until they reunite, almost as if by fate.
-It’s been raining nonstop for hours now. Wei Ying sits on the floor of Lan Zhan’s bedroom and despairs.
-It's not every day Wei Wuxian gets swept off his feet by a handsome alpha, but when he does, that alpha turns out to be the actual Emperor.
It was a surprise to him too.
-For many years, Wei Wuxian had been in love with Lan Wangji, craving what little attention he could get from the stoic young man. Dismissals and rejections never mattered until one last push made him believe he was never going to earn Lan Wangji's affection.
When a letter from Gusu arrived in Yunmeng asking for Wei Wuxian's hand in marriage for the First Jade of Lan, a broken-hearted Wei Wuxian accepted the proposal in hope of forgetting his first love.
-With a new mating cycle upon them, Wei Ying has an idea to make impregnation go smoothly.
-On a night hunt, Wei Wuxian and Lan Wangji get cursed and stuck in each other's bodies. As you would expect, shenanigans ensue.
-Three scenes in the lives of dragon spirit Lan Wangji and fox spirit Wei Wuxian. Now mated and married, they want to have children.
-There was a ghost that haunted the decks of Lotus Pier, it was said. If you stepped across the wooden planks at night, walked along the endless docks and flying purple banners, he would appear.
He was always in darkest black, dressed as specter and shadow. In the emptiness where a face should be was a thick fog, features washed away and leaving behind only glimmering red eyes.
He looked ferocious as a ghoul, it was said.
Jin Ling thought he looked sad.
-Lan Qiren reads books and Wei Wuxian worms his way into Qiren's heart.
-The AU where warlord!LWJ fic takes rebel WWX captive ~as his warprize~ but is actually protecting him.
-The news spread around the cultivation world quickly: Hanguang-jun would take whomever was skilled enough to take the Gusu Jade Token from around his neck as his cultivation partner and spouse.
Ten years later, Wei Wuxian is brought back into Mo Xuanyu's body, and he is awfully confused as to why random cultivators keep trying to attack Lan Wangji.
-When the entire cultivation world turns against the Yiling Patriarch, Wei Wuxian makes a risky gamble— he'll agree to participate in an ancient ritual for cleansing the spirit, so that his character can no longer be called into question. The catch? He has no idea who his partner for the ritual will be.
-Hanguang-Jun shocks the Four Great Clans by standing beside the Yiling Patriarch and performing a ritual to prove that Wei Wuxian remains on the righteous path. If only every problem could be solved by so simple an act.
-The truth of the matter was that when it came to taking care of people and their problems, both he and Wei Ying were of one mind. However, whereas Lan Wangji was taught to care for himself as much as other people, Wei Ying, from early age, was taught that him having needs was burdensome. He disregarded his own pain with frightening ease and offered up evey part of himself for others to use with no reservation.
Thus, Lan Wangji made sure that his husband's needs were never overlooked, his hurts never unadressed.
So it was that when they purified an ancient temple and its goddess benevolently offered them each a wish in return, Wei Ying asked for his family: for Jiang Cheng to never have lost his parents and his core, for Jiang Yanli to never have lost her husband and her own life because of him; Lan Zhan asked for Wei Ying.
-Wen Chao's dungeons are warm and comfy. Especially when there's two of you. (Or: what if Wen Chao had been a slightly more competent - or perhaps slightly luckier - villain?)
-Wei Wuxian and Lan Wangji end up in another dark, underground place. Things are a little awkward.
-Do you want vengeance, Wei Wuxian?
-Lan Yuan loves good days. He spends the whole day with his mother and father and it is filled with warmth and laughter. Lan Yuan absolutely loves good days. But just as there are good days, there are also bad days.
-Lan Wangji knows what the disciples are talking about, the same way he knows what everyone outside is celebrating: that the Yiling Patriarch is dead, that he was stabbed by Sect Leader Jiang and chewed to pieces after destroying half the Stygian Tiger Seal in a last attempt to redeem himself.
They are partly right.
(or: the one where Wei Wuxian survives the siege, but only a few people know)
-Wei Wuxian is cursed on a night-hunt, and the junior quartet rapidly finds themselves in over their heads.
-When Lan Wangji takes Mo Xuanyu back to Cloud Recesses for the first time, everyone is mortified, especially Lan Sizhui.
-Wei Wuxian goes home to Lotus Pier, and Jiang Cheng is still an asshole.
-In which Lan Qiren considers Wei Wuxian a diplomatic asset His Excellency should keep close, Wei Ying wants to be kissed, touched and ravished breathless, Lan Zhan may enjoy himself a great deal, Nie Huaisang might be making an attempt at amends, and in the end, Lan Xichen ends up feeling not the least bit guilty.
-Wèi Wúxiàn needs a place to crash, so of course he wants to stay with Lán Wàngjī. Lán Wàngjī takes advantage of how heavily he sleeps.
-If there was one thing that Wei Wuxian was good at, it was doing the impossible. And the impossible often ended in chaos. In this case, when he stumbles across Lan Zhan in heat--it leads to much more. Especially when his true nature is revealed.
-It's hard for Lan Xichen to trust his judgement after having so blatantly misjudged the character of Jin Guangyao, but watching Wei Wuxian interact with his brother reminds him that good can come from his judgement.
The 5+1 fic that was supposed to be lighthearted and funny. Instead, it turned into Lan Xichen being the best brother (in-law) ever as he helps Wei Wuxian work through his complicated emotions and they bond over younger brothers and rabbits.
