Positives
- all vinyl wood looking flooring
- new fixtures
- pretty kitchen w/ island
- big walk in master closet
- in unit washer dryier (in master closet)
- location near elementary school, in suburbia
- not assigned free parking
- pool and fitness centers (do I give a shit?)
- considerably larger bedroom
- 671 ft^2 as opposed to uptown with 600
Negatives
- shitty internet
- further away from work, gas stations, grocery stores
- no hall closet
- keypad secured building, no cameras??
- no bath tub
- no window coverings (uptown had blinds)
- bathroom access through bedroom
- need couch/chairs
- need tv stand
- really strange/awkward/small balcony, not at all private or covered
- really fucking convaluted means of mail/package pick up
- no space for a kitchen table and the island is really small? where do I eat food? I'm so confused
Overall
- okay better price per square footage and organization in general, but not a comfortable space... called brick town for a reason
- non competitive leasing... I could move in tomorrow if I wanted to which seems strage
- uptown has awesome internet because they also have business suites, and this is really slow
- uptown fees all togehter 334, bricktown fees all together 550 + price of modem
