A quick Terms of Service. . .

You may:

• edit & add on to your commissioned art, just put credit where due. You can include commissioned art in the character gallery, you do not have to ask for permission of inclusion of the art for the character's future sale, gift, trade.
• you can utilize the commissioned art for personal decoration purposes, but do not repost to (art) galleries like dA, amino, twitter, ifunny, FA, IG, FB, etc.
• you are welcome to commission an artist to finish or fix the commissioned piece IF the artist & yourself give proper credit still. just please be respectful to the artist as well.
• Premade works you purchase are allowed to be modified & completed as long as credit is put where due. You must make it visually clear that the premade works are of your character if you are to include them in their gallery (especially for future re-sale of the character/character trade/character gifting). if you choose to pay another artist to complete the premade works to suit your character, you may then add that exact added value with proof to your future re-sale/trade.

You may not:

• profit from the commissioned art alone, use them for NFT, nor "resample" them for matters like premades, bases, redistribution, shops.
• claim, steal, or trace. I may be fine with you referencing your commissioned art IF it is only for personal matters involving that character specifically. premades or other peoples' customized characters/newly owned designs by me are the exception from this permission- they paid money for this therefore it is not your right to invade their ownership/rights. please utilize what you own only.
• resell premade works for more than you bought them for nor "resample" them for premades, bases, redistribution, shops, etc. please keep a receipt (proof) somewhere handy for your benefit in the near-future should you find that you have no plans for the art individually & wish to pass on its ownership to some other user. you are welcome to gift them, but trades are not acceptable in this instance. please keep this terms of service attached to the premade works as well if you resell/gift the premade works.
