- Because you are buying the rights to USE the premade itself, I would prefer that you don't include the colored premade into galleries if it's for the (sole) purpose of handing it off during future resale/trading/gifting that character. If the future owner would like to use that particular premade that's colored, they must buy the rights to use it as well! I just would prefer that people aren't assuming this is a 'freebie.' My freebies are different rules, but premades are purchases. It's only fair to me as a hard working artist. This is my source of income.
