I have not been consistent as an artist to maintain what I have learned—as well as having a lack proper perception to break down certain features of a character. If my results displease or confuse you, you are welcome to make changes or have changes made for you by another, which will be relayed in the ToS (you may's).

Important Note:

I suffer from a strange variant of Schizoid Personality Disorder (as well as another personality disorder that greatly hinders my ability to be "open" with others along with this SZPD).

I'm incredibly fearful of vulnerability to a degree that my brain forces freeze-&-flight responses, dissociation, & sometimes—if desperate enough—an involuntary split on the self in a literal sense (rather than just simply lacking whole object relations/"safe/unsafe" perception of self & others, remaining in some form)...which leads to intensive "self-erasure" of identity, memories, & a shift in perception of self/others. This has become more difficult to override behaviorally & avoid discussing the older I get. I want to avoid this vicious cycle, so I try to remain ambiguous & distanced from myself & others.

When I ask that my posts are not quote(-replied), it just means that I really would like to feel safe & integral as much as possible.

A quick Terms of Service. . .

You may:

• edit & add on to your received art, just put credit where due. You can include the art in the character gallery, you do not have to ask for permission of inclusion of the art for the character's future sale, gift, trade.
• you can utilize the art personal decoration purposes, but do not repost to (art) galleries like dA, amino, twitter, ifunny, FA, IG, FB, etc.
• you are welcome to commission an artist to finish or fix the piece IF the artist & yourself give proper credit still. just please be respectful to the artist as well.

You may not:

• profit from the art alone, use them for NFT, nor "resample" them for matters like premades, bases, redistribution, shops.
• claim, steal, or trace. I may be fine with referencing IF it is only for personal matters involving that character specifically.

I know that some pieces just nail features or help pinpoint or breakdown things about a character. If you feel this received art is particular to those things, then navigate respectfully for your artistic growth. I will not tolerate feigned ignorance for one to circumvent consequences / loophole potential theft, outright tracing, or distribution / sharing intentions of theft (especially that of profiting).

Q: If the art is free, why should I abide by these Terms & why should I care about your Disclaimers overall?

A: I'm willingly going out of my way to give you a part of me that barely remains...my art. All I ask is that you're kind & considerate. I don't ask you to understand in such a veracity that I am especially pitied or catered to, but simply knowing some small patterns can help me as a person & it will make me more available to you as an artist & friend. I just ask for that sort of respect in order to be mutually beneficial & helpful to those around me.
