- Always eat healthy.
- Drink gallons and gallons of water everyday.
- Atleast a plate of 50% veggies for dinner&lunch.
- Drink tea atleast 3 times a week.
- Be the 1st - at worst, 2nd, runner on varsity for XC.
- Have an amazing last season for Cross Country
- Enjoy summer to the fullest!
