- When you want candy, buy fruit&lowfat vanilla icecream.

- Eat more crackers and cheese :)
- Find any way to travel. Go anywhere!
- Look at pictures of old trips.
- Go on a lunch date.
- Remember the amazing people you've met; and will meet.
- Know the amazing person you will be is soon to be discovered.
- Make smoothies.
- Make Nutella toast instead of eating plain chocolate.
- Keep a clean bedroom.
- Make art.
- Make lists.
- Hug people, tell people theyre beautiful.
- Be honest.
