- Mile loops with different partners, using cross country maps and techniqes.
- Form drills from XC.
- Hall running when too cold. always say bring sweats + tennis shoes.
- Early signs/ posters in late february.
- Show we mean business. No longer the underdogs.
- Cross country course ATLEAST 2 times a week.
- Watch real matches after school every other week / fun pilates video three days before game day.
- Play with mini soccer balls for a long period of time and then switch to regular.
- Finish the 100 Workout once every two weeks.
- Run at wildwood
