- ✔ Buy underarmour and jackets to run in the snow with
- Go to the gym minimally, run outside
- Take up yoga with a friend??
- Go to Gallop Park or Wildwood, dress warm, take someone with you :)
- When at the gym, work out on the bikes too
- Cross train with swimming at the pool and biking at home or in the gym
- Think of the State meet and how it feels to be there, how amazing it was, and how much you want to run there!
- Medals, medals, medals. :) You want to be up there with Amy and carrying flowers and smiling down at everyone else.
- Run early on Sundays, at 9:30 or 10
- Swim laps upon laps to punish yourself for not running in the snow.
- Snow shouldn't stop you. If you train when no one else is, you'll win every time.
