- INBOUND volunteer roles
- Tshirts will be available for pick up at HubSpot pre-INBOUND (end of August), or on site in room 103. (GWH- Kinzie Trompak, HubSpot- Rachel Yen)
- We NEED volunteers for Speaker Concierge. This role is much simpler than it sounds.
- In short: you introduce yourself to the speaker, let them know you will be holding signs indicating remiaing time of talk (10 min, 5 min, 2 min, etc.) . You will also introduce the speaker by reading 3 lines provided to you by us. No memorization needed, just reading the lines to precede the talk.
- The volunteer form is still open. Calendar invites will be sent out for the training/briefing to take place 2nd to last week of August, with encore sessions the last week of Aug if needed. If you cannot make it, sessions will be recorded so you can be informed prior to being on site
- Partner day
- Needs volunteers. You can hit home 7 of your 10 hours to put toward getting an All Access Pass by volunteering here. Not to mention a catered lunch with lobster mac & cheese. Reach out to Jean Lee to inquire.
- HubSpotter badges: you need to confirm with _ Team that you will be present and working. HubSpotter badges will be printed ahead of time and handed out day of. If you have not confirmed and are on site at the Marriott Copley, you will not receive your badge until you go through check-in at the BCEC.
- A doc with "Everything HubSpotters Need To Know For INBOUND" will be coming out in the next 2 weeks
- Curated agendas
- We heard you and answered with 12 different agenda curations. Theycan be found on the https://www.inbound.com/agenda site. Select the filter option and there is a section dedicated to these agendas. If you can think of any more that are needed, reach out to Chiara Travisano or Laura Moran.
- Further, Kinzie Trompak has created a wiki page with more curations specifically for sales. You can find those on the wiki, in the #inbound-gngels slack channel, or reach out to Kinzie directly.
