Saturday March 27 2010
- Breakfast: Raspberry leaf tea
- Morning Snack: 1 small teapot of homemade tea - fresh grated ginger, 4 T lemon juice, 3 T honey +hot water (so divine)
- Lunch: homemade soup - chicken, celery, onion, carrot, tons of garlic (10 cloves); 1 small teapot homemade ginger lemon honey tea, 1 large cup Bedtime tea w/ 1 T honey
- Supper: 1/2 red bell pepper, 2 tsp hummus, 2 kiwi, 1 small teapot of homemade ginger lemon honey tea, 1 bowl homemade soup
- Snack: 1 small teapot homemade ginger lemon honey tea, 2 cups popcorn w/ butter, Vick's Nyquil :(
Friday March 26 2010
- Breakfast: 2 overeasy eggs, 1/4 T butter, chili powder, lemon green tea w/ tsp honey, spiced chai w/tsp honey, women's mulivitamin
- Morning Snack: 1/3 C pineapple, 1/4 C plain greek yogurt, raspberry leaf tea, Chai tea latte - 2 spiced chai teas, 2 cups milk, 1 T organic sugar
- Lunch:
- Afternoon Snack: ginger cilantro shake - 1 bunch cilantro, 1 cucumber, juice of 1 lime, slices of ginger root, 1/3 C pineapple
- Supper: 2 servings homemade chicken vegetable soup
- Snack: Raspberry leaf tea w/ 1 tsp honey, 2 cups red globe grapes, Vick's Nyquil :(
Thursday March 25 2010
- Breakfast: 2 overeasy eggs, 1/4 T butter, chili powder, 1/2 C strawberries, green tea, women's mulivitamin
- Snack: Orange ginger tea
- Lunch: 2 servings homemade chicken vegetable soup, 1/8 C raisins
- Snack: 2 ibuprofen, 1/6 C walnuts, 2 cups coffee, 1 square extra dark chocolate
- Supper: Sandwich: 2 pieces bread, slice of Gouda, 3 small pieces ham, 1 piece Romaine lettuce, pesto, mayo, Bits of red onion
- Snack: 2 C popcorn w/butter, slice of Gouda, 1 Mojito sweetened with unrefined sugar, Vick's Nyquil :(

Tuesday March 23 2010
- Breakfast: 2 carrots, 1/4 cucumber, 4 strawberries, 2 over easy eggs, 1/2 T butter, chili powder, 1 cup green tea, women's multi-vitamin
- Lunch: 1 small baby red potato, 1 chicken thigh
- Snack: 1/2 C pineapple, raspberry leaf tea, 1 strawberry, 1 square extra dark chocolate
- Supper: 1/2 C plain greek yogurt, 1/2 C broccoli, 1/2 avocado, 4 Romaine lettuce leaves, 1/2 T pesto, 1 slice Gouda cheese, 3 small pieces of ham, Bits of red onion
- Pre-Workout: 1 cup chai tea
- Snack: 2 pieces cheddar, 1/4 C peanuts & walnuts, Bedtime tea, 1 T honey
