- Assignment 1:
- Each student will write a one page typed essay addressing their academic and career goals. Students will discuss what role WKU will play in them achieving these goals in addition to expectations.
- Assignment 2:
- Each student will develop a weekly plan on how to budget their time in relation to class, study, work, sleep, etc.
- Assignment 3:
- Each student will submit an ICAP audit and one "what if" ICAP audit that includes a minor or second major. Also, students will turn in a change of major form with correct information including concentrations and advisor. Finally, each student will develop a 4-year course plan to ensure on time graduation for their major. The student will meet and discuss this plan with their advisor. Each plan must be signed by the appropriate advisor before the student turns in the assignment.
- Assignment 4:
- Each student will attend at least one (in addition to the two seminars in class) outside of class academic advantage workshop.
- Assignment 5:
- Each student will submit a one page reflection essay addressing topics outlined in Assignment 1.
