I'm Autistic
- I was diagnosed 1996 as Asperger's Syndrome
- changed in 2000 to Autism Spectrum Disorder
- changed again to High Functioning Autism in 2007 but that one is not considered official because rules or something...
- Either way I prefer the ASD dx, so whatever.
- Why was I diagnosed three times? Well...the second time was to change it to a diagnosis with the word 'autism' in it for government/disability reasons.
- And the third was...for fun. I'm weird shut up.
-
I have ADHD (combined type I believe)
- Diagnosed in 1988. I don't remember.
-
I am a trans woman.
- I began taking the magic hormone pill things on 12/02/2010.
-
I'm also non-binary, genderfluid specifically.
- Though I identify as woman, my gender moves around the female side of the spectrum
- some days I feel particularly female, other days not at all.
- And some very rare days I can feel a bit male.

TMI section?
-
I have mental illnesses.
- I have been misdiganosed with Bipolar Type II and Borderline Personality Disorder, but they've been since deemed inappropriate.
- While I don't have a current diagnosis for what is going on the current assumption is Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
- Also a possibility is Other Specified Dissociative Disorder
- And maybe Avoidant Personality Disorder but that one might be a stretch.
- It's all up in the air at the moment, lots of questions, few answers.
-
Similarly to mental health, there are a lot of questions around my physical health with few answers.
- I might have Hypermobile Ehlers Danlos
- or Fibromyalgia
- or both
- or neither, something else entirely
- I have sore and aching joints and muscles particularly my knees and sacrum areas, but also shoulders, feet, elbows.
- I have bendy, hypermobile joints
- Often experience dizziness when standing from lying down or sitting
- My allergic reactions (to things like dust) can sometimes be excessive, my whole face feels like it's swelling on the inside (can't see anything), I become incredibly itchy everywhere, my nose wants to kill me and destroy the universe, often triggers my asthma, and I end up with an insane headache.
- I rarely get fatigued per se, more that everything takes more energy and effort than it did before because how taxing it can be to just move, even without any accompanying pain. So it can present like fatigue where I just want to sit or lie somewhere and not move but I'm perfectly awake and energetic.
- Probiotics make me sick. Weird.
