- it is extremely rare that you ever change types unless you undergo a traumatic life experience.
- you can also not be multiple types (everyone can theorize if need be - this doesn't make them an N). you are one type with dominant functions, cognitive functions.. and shadow functions.
- your type is like a habitual preference or innate tendencies. type is not equivalent to behavior and temperament, yadaya. instead it's more akin to pre-disposition as you always have an inherent dependency. certain functions can be force-learned, developed further or honed (through repetition) if need be as well; however, you always have certain inclinations.. meaning the way you react may change yet your mbti type does not.
- taking one test won't do much. taking many tests typically won't do much. most people aren't very self aware or honest. people usually have to actually read up in order to evaluate themselves properly.
- if i'm to recommend any test, it'd be this: http://www.keys2cognition.com/explore.htm - it actually states preference order so if you definitely favor one, you look at the types where that function is most dominant and go from there.
- lovely enough, some types are more prone to getting incorrect test scores on what they are.
- i could go on as i read a lot about this nonsense yet i'm speculating no one would actually care so i will not.
