• Breathe

I decided not to post the WotY until later, on purpose, until I knew what I wanted. My mind kept changing constantly on this topic. This Word represents my journey for further healing as a Long Hauler and my autoimmune condition. I know I can get through anything as long as I breathe, especially if HBOT and Ozone are involved!
