I want to improve my being in several ways and I want to do this in order to lose weight, to have a more stable mood and to be healthy in general (both mentally and physically)
- To get a BMI of max. 24-25
- walk an average of 8000-12000 steps per day
- eat healthy food
- do NOT buy chips, candy, soda, ice cream and so on
- do not take any naps unless you are having a migraine
- only watch TV during breakfast and after 8pm
- do gardening
- start on barefoot walking/running
- do at least one Lenething each day (see list)
- get a stronger body
- keep my house clean and tidy
- remember to drink at least 1liter of water every day
- never drink alcohol when i'm alone
- go outside every day
- meditate more
- start doing tarot readings every Sunday evening
- start practising healing again
