• no more seconds (this is part of my over arching never ending more generic "lose 25 lbs" (128 lbs)/"get bmi under 22" resolution; that and trying to use my eating utensils with my left hand, lol)
  • no breadsticks/bagels/empty carbs
  • stop eating free food just because it's free
  • log eating on myplate
  • run a race
  • get to bed before 2am
  • spend less time on the internet (specifically facebook), more time studying/reading
  • avoid wanting to buy things all the time. and shopping online (especially since you never buy anything online anyway...)
  • study more diligently/try hard for ALL my classes. (since my track record shows that if i put just a little more effort into my 'easy' classes, then i'd have an amazing gpa) note to self: success is not just liking who you are and what you do, but also HOW you do it.
  • be less belligerent at parties.
  • go on a date
  • read 3 non-academic, but literary books
