- no more seconds (this is part of my over arching never ending more generic "lose 25 lbs" (128 lbs)/"get bmi under 22" resolution; that and trying to use my eating utensils with my left hand, lol)
- no breadsticks/bagels/empty carbs
- stop eating free food just because it's free
- log eating on myplate
- run a race
- get to bed before 2am
- spend less time on the internet (specifically facebook), more time studying/reading
- avoid wanting to buy things all the time. and shopping online (especially since you never buy anything online anyway...)
- study more diligently/try hard for ALL my classes. (since my track record shows that if i put just a little more effort into my 'easy' classes, then i'd have an amazing gpa) note to self: success is not just liking who you are and what you do, but also HOW you do it.
- be less belligerent at parties.
- go on a date
- read 3 non-academic, but literary books
