  • Go to the gym at least three times a week.
  • Do yoga at least three a week.
  • Go to sleep before 1 AM and wake up before 10 AM.
  • Lose weight!
  • Talk more to strangers, smile more at strangers.
  • Be nicer to people even if they don't deserve it.
  • Try not to "hate" or "dislike" anyone.
  • Do not resist things, take them as they are.
