- Go to the gym at least three times a week.
- Do yoga at least three a week.
- Go to sleep before 1 AM and wake up before 10 AM.
- Lose weight!
- Talk more to strangers, smile more at strangers.
- Be nicer to people even if they don't deserve it.
- Try not to "hate" or "dislike" anyone.
- Do not resist things, take them as they are.
