- Wash face twice a day with a facial cleanser or a non drying moisturising soap
- Use homemade sea salt + water toner after cleansing
- Moisturise after cleansing and every morning and night
- exfoliate every other day with olive oil & sea salt scrub
Tips
- Change your pillow cases often
- Drink at least 8 cups of water to help your skin to be healthy, and try to eat healthy too.
- Try not to touch your face, the oils from your hands can easily clog pores.
