• OKAYY this book i think is my favorite, as my first audiobook when i was younger right? learning the codes origins in warrior cats is SO FUCKING COOL and its part of my favorite short stories EVER in warrior cats, the way it sets the scene with things already established makes things feel more special in getting a new almost intimate view of the past.
• I LOVE. LOVE!!! The characters from the books short stories, some are small and almost like little sprinkles of things we've seen before yeah, but seeing the mold be bent and stretched with the push and pull of clan life being shaped into what the future holds,, for the cats fuck yeah

Bluestars prophecy

• My first warrior cat book i picked up!! AND its my favorite and of one of my favorite leaders!!
• Second super edition book and it shows in the best way possible, showing off life before and setting up lore and life before the main series itself gets established thus providing background!! i FUCKING LOVE LORE!!
• Seeing her perspective of how leaders take their position through their life and sharpen their experience while also outliving all their loved ones nearest to them, fuck yeah thats sad

Goosefeathers Curse

• Was the third book i picked up because i heard how traumatizing goosefeathers life was, and oh boy does it hold up yes it is a traumatizing!! And such an interesting set of issues to pull up and inspect, how the past present and future can all merge and clash when you hear all of them together,, rad

Fire and Ice

• Love the classics, the first arc of course setting up the world with new exciting ideas, its showing you the world and showing you how things push and pull together!! its exciting!!
• It has Runningwind in it i dont know why i love Runningwind but i really do hes my favorite background character i dont care that he doesnt contribute much my excuse is that hes a cat (theyre all cats) ((its a story about cats))

The Rise of Scourge

• THIS was the second warrior cats book i ever read, and it introduced me into how reading it can feel like, i was already in the fandom and got the lore down from AMV's PMV's etc but it was really special to me to hold a physical copy
• It was so cool seeing the villain set up properly, because you always get a second-hand experience but experiencing it first hand is delightful i love edgy cats
