Do these things everyday
  
    - Take a warm shower or bubble bath. 
 
    - Get ready. (Never leave the house looking messy/gross.) 
 
    - Eat a small healthy breakfast. 
 
    - Plan your day. 
 
    - Clean up after yourself. 
 
    - Spend time with your significant other. 
 
    - Lay out in the sun. 
 
    - Journal about your life(How you feel, goals, etc.) 
 
    - Learn something new. 
 
    - Call or text your parents/friends and ask how their day is going. 
 
    - Practice chess. 
 
    - Eat a healthy dinner. 
 
    - Read at least 25 pages of the book you're currently reading. 
 
    - Be positive. 
 
    - Don't fake your smile. 
 
    - Sleep at least 5 hours a night.
