Do these things everyday

  • Take a warm shower or bubble bath.
  • Get ready. (Never leave the house looking messy/gross.)
  • Eat a small healthy breakfast.
  • Plan your day.
  • Clean up after yourself.
  • Spend time with your significant other.
  • Lay out in the sun.
  • Journal about your life(How you feel, goals, etc.)
  • Learn something new.
  • Call or text your parents/friends and ask how their day is going.
  • Practice chess.
  • Eat a healthy dinner.
  • Read at least 25 pages of the book you're currently reading.
  • Be positive.
  • Don't fake your smile.
  • Sleep at least 5 hours a night.
