• Caffeine: Sometimes wakes me up, sometimes has zero effect at all
  • L-Theanine: Never taken alone so not sure of its own real affect on my being, however, helps with sleep and relax somewhat
  • Melatonin: Helps sleep. Weird dreams.
  • Lion’s mane: Sometimes I remember more things, sometimes i think that’s placebo. Not to be taken later in the day, will keep me up.
  • Chamomile: Definitely works calming one down. Good soak for allergic skin/eye reactions too. Wonderful.
  • Kelp: Beginning to take as a iodine supplement. Will report back
  • NAC: Wonder supplement. hangover preventative. feel great with it.
