- The 9" Diet (works if you don't go for seconds)

- Spirituality (turns out it's not that high on my radar)
- Tattoos (love them; get inside and outside on better terms)
- Seasonal Eating (really enjoyed it; want to do it again)
- Seasonal Living (hard in FL where there's only 1.5 seasons)
- Daily Writing (can only maintain for a short while)
- Journaling (get tired of navel-gazing)
- School (love it, never want to deal with real world full-time again)
- Travel (wish I was richer so I could do this more often)
- Bravery (to get past shyness; pretty effective)
- Public Speaking (also to get past shyness; turns out I'm okay at it)
- Writing (most effective)
- Exercise (effective until I get hurt, which happens once a year, minimum)
