- there is a living thing (future human) inside my body...that weighs upwards of 5 pounds
- it might be born with a serious defect
- there might be more than one!
- swings in cravings and moodiness
- stretch marks
- i'll fall and hurt/kill it
- the physical birthing process or c-section--scary and painful
- emotional stress
- feeding it the right things
- i'll feel weird about having sex (during/after-a baby just came out of the place you want to put that?)
- seeing my stomach move around
- gaining a ton of weight--then having to work it off
- feeling fat all the time
- having strangers touch my stomach all the time
- morning sickness
- having my water break somewhere super embarrassing--like while teaching
- buying clothes that you will never wear again
- moving around-being tired and not being able to do stuff
- in 9 months there will be a real baby that i have to take full responsibility for
