I've been thinking about this one for awhile so here it goes:
I didn't celebrate or rejoice or any of that when Bin Laden was murdered because I don't agree with murder. Put him in a cold, dark cell with no windows. Make him watch every home movie of and listen to every story about the people he killed. Fine. But kill him? No.
Bin Laden murdered people because he disliked them, disapproved of them or whatever. Isn't that exactly the same reason why he was murdered? He was a father, a son, a brother and a friend. Maybe he was a lot of other negative things too but not to everyone.
No one deserves to die. Death is an easy escape and makes the person gone forever to their loved ones. Regardless of what the person has done, murder is murder. No exceptions.
"I mourn the loss of thousands of precious lives, but I will not rejoice in the death of one, not even an enemy."
