Hello, fellow Weasterns. This note will explains about how the testimony form works, please read it thoroughly and ask us if you're still confused about a thing or two. (I'm sure you guys know it by now since you have read it on the Steller, yeah?)

Anyway, by conducting this testimony form, we hope we can create even more tighter bond that we already have between the family members, including helping you guys solving stuffs that are interconnecting with the agency, as well as the members.

Alright, so how does this work?

Each and every one of you will be given a link directed to the form (yeah, form again. We love forms.) of the testimony. There will be the usernames of all of our members, and each of the members are given two parts, consisted of: what do you think about @(username), and if there's one (or more) things they could improve on, what would it be?

Now, I know that sounds boring. Talking about a lot of people at once, especially those who are not close to you. That's why we're giving you the freedom to joke around anywhere :-) HAHA.

We also will be giving you a freedom on how long do you want it to be. It could be short, consist of one or two sentences (SENTENCES, NOT WORDS) or it could be long, as long as you're doing fine and you think it's fun for you! And please, do not write one or two words only. We need a feedback, guys.

There will be two additional polls below, which are a secret. But no worries, it doesn't consist of you guys writing a paragraph. You only need to write one word.

We will distribute the form by tomorrow, Saturday (August 12th) morning (more likely at around 09.00 WIB), and we expect you to submit the form on Sunday (August 13th) by 19.00 WIB.

PLEASE NOTE that the members who DID NOT submit the form will be getting a penalty. It's not an easy one, so :-)

You are expected to fill the form with full honesty.
