Kibble's abilities are quite limited.

Kibble can shape shift, though he doesn't clone any powers just their shape, unable to even clone a voice.

Kibble can't take any physical damage, but the ideas of getting punched causes Kibble emotional damage equal to the punch delivered.

Kibble has been learning how to fly with the help Cassie, In the S2E5 "The Fairy's return" Kibble revealed that he could fly to game but had no control flying away instantly and crashing into the ground shortly after.

Kibble has been implied to have had the power of the Earth after meditating in the ground for a while gaining the Earths favor. Such expired when his physical form did as did many of his other powers.

Kibbles super move which was shown in S2E1 the super playground. where he was in Bonnie form against someone else of the same look he engaged them. Kibble lost the battle as all his supers are Utility supers. Granting Kibble meter instead of dealing any direct damage or turning the tide. Even so the fight was decided with a rock paper scissors at the end which was the reason for Kibbles loss.

Kibble has the ability to call people a piece, which isn't a lot on it's own but finding out the they're a piece of will result in the fabric of reality rupturing bringing an Apocalyptic level of Annihilation to existence. Though such was disproven by Bea in an overheard conversation
