- In high school five of my friends and I went on a hike when it was raining. We made spears and had other assortments of weapons. We were planning on killing small animals to cook over a fire and eat. We ended up not getting anything but it was an adventure I'll never forget.
- When my family, George and I went up on our hill and decided that we needed to christen a tree that we have saved. It had been bent over really bad and we brought it back to standing tall. George and I wrote a poem and bought a pinata for the occasion. It was so much fun!
- Building so many tree forts with my sisters out in the woods and always dragging all the junk we could find into them.
- Being up on the hill and flipping every rock we could possibly find over to see if we could catch the monster salamander...the black ones with yellow spots!
- Going hiking with grammie all over and her always bringing snacks and teaching us about nature.
- Cutting christmas trees
- Having campfires and camp outs in the backyard with the family and our friends
