• Erase processed food from your diet.
  • Get into the habit of cooking for yourself. Sit, eat it and do nothing else.
  • Stretch every morning.
  • Drink more water.
  • Organize your room. Fold your clothes, make sure every object has its place, bag what you don't want.
  • Strip your bed of your sheets and empty you underwear draw into the washing machine. Put a massive scoop of scented fabric softener.
  • Have a luxurios shower with your favourite music playing.
  • Go for a walk. Take your favourite music with you.
  • Read books of your interest.
  • Ask people about their story.
  • Talk to acquaintances so they become friends.
  • Delete/unfollow negative people from social networks.
  • Open the curtains
  • If stressed, wash your face and teeth.
  • Always take pictures of the sky when it's pretty. It probably won't ever look like that again.
  • Wear the clothes your like. Even if your mum or dad think you look too weird or too boyish.
  • Raise your hand when you know the answer.
  • Read that book you loved again. You'll notice something different now.
  • Don't drink too much soda. Drink tea.
  • It's okay to feel happy, don't let other people's sadness make you feel bad.
  • Make popcorn for yourself.
  • Go to places you never went, experience new food, new drinks.
  • Play your favourite game.
