- Erase processed food from your diet.
- Get into the habit of cooking for yourself. Sit, eat it and do nothing else.
- Stretch every morning.
- Drink more water.
- Organize your room. Fold your clothes, make sure every object has its place, bag what you don't want.
- Strip your bed of your sheets and empty you underwear draw into the washing machine. Put a massive scoop of scented fabric softener.
- Have a luxurios shower with your favourite music playing.
- Go for a walk. Take your favourite music with you.
- Read books of your interest.
- Ask people about their story.
- Talk to acquaintances so they become friends.
- Delete/unfollow negative people from social networks.
- Open the curtains
- If stressed, wash your face and teeth.
- Always take pictures of the sky when it's pretty. It probably won't ever look like that again.
- Wear the clothes your like. Even if your mum or dad think you look too weird or too boyish.
- Raise your hand when you know the answer.
- Read that book you loved again. You'll notice something different now.
- Don't drink too much soda. Drink tea.
- It's okay to feel happy, don't let other people's sadness make you feel bad.
- Make popcorn for yourself.
- Go to places you never went, experience new food, new drinks.
- Play your favourite game.
