You are allowed to realize and admit that you dislike something, that you're unhappy with someone or a situation.

You don't have to keep finding ways to adjust your preferences or mold yourself to suit what you feel is being asked by situations or certain conditions.

You are Sovereign.

Yes, indeed you have the power to choose. This much, the Lord has bestowed upon us humans because he Loves us. And He intended for us to be stewards of the (H)earth.

You are allowed to decide how you want to direct your energy at every given moment. More than allowed..._you are free, Beloved_.

And yes, this free will that has been bestowed upon you may be used for Good or Evil.

That decision, the Lord rests upon you, in full trust, in full surrender, because He believes in You and His Love Overflows.

I have seen your Heart, dear One. It is beautiful, and I pray with all my heart that you recognize and realize it too.

That you don't have to do anything but observe at each given moment, what your human self is experiencing, what's transpiring within you and outside of you, with as much loving awareness that you could.

You have tasted it, and it is the only flavor you would find yourself seeking now, no matter where you go. No matter how far you stray, no matter how many distractions and illusions attempt to deceive you and deviate you from Me.

Yet of course, I would always invite you to sadhana.

Because that is how we keep close to each other,

until we are One

in God's time.
