• My name was Claire, but I had lots of nicknames; Claire-Bear (mostly Carol), Blondie, Shortie, Short Stuff (mostly Steve), etc.

• Jonathan was a fucking pervy creep. That's not even tea, them's just the facts. He stalked me, watched me through my window multiple times, and took photos of me changing. He even followed me to Steve's house party and took photos of me and Steve having sex. He was a fucking sicko. He also followed Carol around but not to the same extent.
• Steve confronted him much the same way he did when Jonathan took pictures of Nancy changing in source- humiliated him, ripped up his pictures, and smashed his camera. But when Jonathan showed no remorse, we also trashed the Byers' family car and spray painted "PERV" on the side.
• Nancy fucking Wheeler. Her and Steve had a brief thing before I came into the picture, and it was toxic as fuck. She was straight up using him to get Jonathan's attention. She was bored and lonely and just wanted someone to kiss her ass. She 100% cheated on Steve with Jonathan and when Steve confronted her at a party, it went down much the same way as the drunken "you don't love me?" scene in source. She's a bitch. Honestly her and Jonathan deserve each other.
• Me, Steve, Carol, and Tommy vandalized the theater after we found out Nancy cheated on Steve with Jonathan.
• My mom died when I was in middle school and it fucked me up pretty bad for a long time. She was a house wife and helped me with homework all the time, taught me to cook and bake, sang me lullabies, the whole shabang. Her and my dad were so so freaking in love. I think it was a drunk driver that crashed into her and killed her.
• Dad was a local police officer and it took him a long time to recover too. He had to take a long time off from work just to grieve. His father was an alcoholic and I was so worried he would start drinking but he never did. We were really close too, when I was younger he brought me with him to work on days he knew would just be paperwork heavy. All the other officers knew me and were basically my extended family. Dad had a bushy mustache and tickled my forehead with it when he kissed my head (which was often). He also swore by his black coffee- no cream or sugar in this house, no sir.
• I was a grade below Steve so I started high school a year after him. I'm not sure how far into our high school career we got together. But I was still pretty messed up from mom's death, I just got better at hiding it. He didn't buy it though and honestly he was the biggest reason that I finally broke down and accepted that she was gone. He really really helped to heal me.
