high school
- sociology w/ mrs. berry: highlights including a visit to jail and singing happy birthday to me at peking
- advanced american studied w/ mrs. miller/berry: best decision of my life
- ap english 12 w/ mrs. miller: easily the coolest woman alive
- law and debate w/ mr. skelly: hate law, hate debating more, but mr. skelley was great. taught some life lessons infinitely more important than debate.
college:
- creative writing, freshman year at AU: humbling, met writers who thought they were awesome, a few who were actually awesome, got to write regularly and loved it.
- social problems w/ kavanaugh: cutest old man in the world. maybe 1 assignment the whole semester, but taught us about life, told touching stories, and always wore a hat to class.
- psych of gender: great material, good teacher, stupid idiots some times, but a nice blonde boy made it a little better.
- european history w/ leverett: best teacher, smart and made history really interesting. big man who walks his tiny dog around campus. loved everything about it.
- major authors: ezra pound w/ mandanis: cool lady, terribly boring class, but got to write for other things so that was good. got to listen to smartass lit majors blab on while the other 4 of us just sat there. she cooked us a big greek dinner at end of term, and everyone/thing was fantastic.
- all of study abroad
- psy 405 teaching practicum w/ clump: great fun, some idiots, but it's like hanging out with friends each class.
