    • You've always been there. We've had our ups and downs, there have been times we were close and times we were distant, but you were always there.
    • You know me more than a lot of other people, and I can't hide anything from you.
    • We are SO different, but none of that matters.
    • Our friendship is genuine. We aren't afraid to tell each other like it is, or to be completely honest even when it hurts.
    • For some reason, you have put up with me for all these years. All of the many ridiculous things i've put you through would be another list in itself, and yet somehow you've managed to forgive them all.
    • You really are one of the *only* people I can be completely myself with. I don't have to pretend to be a ceratin way or beleive a certain thing or anything like that with you. Even when I'm really screwing up, I'm not afraid to show that to you. That means a lot.
    • Drugs or Jesus, nothing surprises you anymore. I could snort a few lines of coke in your bathroom and you wouldn't be shocked. I could have a falling out and start speaking in tongues too, and you wouldn't freak out. That makes you different than any of my other friends.

    • I've known you since we were both babies, and we've been friends ever sense. You've always held such a special place in my heart and in our family, and I find comfort in knowing that that will never change. I also know it's the same for me in yours.
    • One of the awesome things about our friendship is that it has only grown stronger. I feel like i'm just getting closer and closer to you as time goes on, our friendship is constantly being taken to a new level.
    • Despite what's going on in your life at the time, I know that you always know you can trust me and tell me anything. You have no idea how much that means to me. It brings me so much joy to just be able to listen and help in any way that I can. Of course, I know I can tell you things, too.
    • You are just a part of our family. I feel a stronger connection to you in this way than I do with any of my other friends, and you know my life inside and out. Nuff said.
  • Katie
    • I owe a lot to your friendship. I did a lot to mess it up and I know I hurt you, but you cared enough to accept me back into your life and now we are closer than ever.
    • We often disagree and we argue a lot, but somehow we still always want to be around each other. You are too hard-headed and i'm too emotional, but you're still the person that I spent the majority of my time with lately. I am ALWAYS at your house and when I'm not, you're probably here.
    • I love your family, and they have become a big part of my life, too. They have accepted me just as you have, flaws and all. I just adore being around Betts, Keks, Savvy, Steve-o, and yes, even Stanley.
    • You are a person that I can talk to on a deeper spiritual level than most of my other friends. Although we are always in a little bit of a different place spiritually, I still feel like we can relate in that way and discuss what we believe--whether those things be the same or different.
    • Oh, and I think I've probably cried in front of you more in the past year than any of my other friends have seen me cry in the past five. Congratulations.
  • Vicki
    • For some reason, I felt like I knew we'd be friends when I very first met you in Spanish class. I just had a feeling, ya know? I was right, too. We have a lot in common, but we're also just the right amount of different. This is why you are my beloved wifey.
    • Oh dear, I have so much fun with you. We know how to get crunk, and we're not afraid to be crazy together.
    • You really are an awesome friend to me. I love our Vicki/Alli time in the car every morning and on the way to/at work (although not much of that has happened lately.) I feel like we can talk about such a wide range of things, and that means a lot. I can talk to you not only on an emotional level, but also on an intellectual level, which is a really cool thing for me.
    • I love swapping advice with you, I really take yours seriously because I know you are so smart on a lot of levels and you really do care. I also really appreciate you calming me down when I get out of control, and letting me know when you think something I'm doing is stupid. I need that.
    • I love how we've kind of been through stages together. Mine always seem to be a bit on the extreme end of the spectrum, but all the same. Of course, your pot smoking stage may have had a lot to do with me practically forcing you the first few times. Sorry, girl!
  • Ben
    • You are the best guy friend I have ever had and ever hope to have.
    • I know I can really talk to you, and you know that you can really talk to me. We are always honest with each other, and if we lie, well, it never lasts long. We always come around and confess. We just can't handle it!
    • I love that you being a guy and me being a girl does not affect our relationship at all. There are ususally lines in a guy/girl relationship that aren't crossed, but we TRAMPLE all up on those lines! ha.
    • A lof of things have happened in both of our lives that seem like they should have driven us apart, but they've only made us closer. Seems to me like this relationshp is virtually indestructable, and that puts a big smile on my face.
    • When I was going through a tough time, you were the only person that actually stepped up and did something. Some of my friends walked out, some of my friends sat back and watched (some didn't know), some of them comforted me, but nothing more. You didn't. You confronted me, let me know how hurt you were, did everything you could to help make it better, and you never, ever left my side. I appreciate you so much for that.

There is something that ALL of you have in common, though...I just love you SOOO much and you are my very best friends! <3
