So, I'm going to start making it a point to stay away from fast food. But, that's sort of difficult when you work at a fast food restaurant. Granted, I work at Subway, but still - there's plenty that I still need to stay away from. Hopefully this will help.

  • Okay sandwiches: turkey, turkey/ham, ham, club, roast beef, oven roasted chicken sandwich, and veggie delight.
  • On flat bread or wheat.
  • No cheese. Or one piece of cheese, cut into two pieces.
  • No cookies (shame, shame). Buy apples, instead.
  • No soda while working or on break. Only water or unsweetened tea. Or take good tea & my own cup to make it in.
    • Take bobble instead of a cup with a straw. Just for water. Problem solved. ;)
  • No regular mayo. Light mayo, if any. Opt for vinegar & oil instead.
