• Green tea, at least 2 cups.
  • Water - fill water bobble at least 2 times.
  • Take vitamin.
  • Take green tea pill, two times daily with a meal and water.
  • Exercise.
  • No fast food. (work doesn't count. keep it healthy)
  • Wash face. Moisturize.
