Thought it had some probing questions for once- so I decided to settle down and answer them.
- What is love? --- I believe love is a substance of many forms, and it manifests itself through many ways- some basic, some instinctual, some complicated. Love can be generalized as a term of endearment or passion, a term of care and care-taking or quite simply an inexplicable attachment and appreciation of others who are of family or romantic interest. But it also can be a quite local thing- love for neighbors, for the Earth, for a certain flavor ice cream. It's different to every person and what it means to me personally might resonate a bit with you, but is contrived precisely from my experiences with the feeling. To me, it's not something I can quite capture into a reasonable sentence or few- it's a feeling that is too raw even for words.
- The most romantic thing you can think of?--- There is nothing more romantic to me than exposition to someone's mind. If someone lets you in, in that very vulnerable state of bearing all they are- I think it is the center of true romance. Because the butterfly feelings and the candlelit dinners can only do so much. Anyone can have that- true romance involves a much deeper revelation and a much deeper-hitting feeling that those could muster.
- What makes you smile?---- I'm too young to even be able to say this, but honestly, children! Children with all their motions, mannerisms and daunting little sentences. Their itty-bitty smiles are just enough to make any day one that is beautiful and happy.
- Does style of dress really matter?--- I think it should matter. I think it should be an outward projection of personality and comfort.
- In your opinion, is music a form of art?---- Absolutely. Music is a very raw passion- it's a more direct form of artistry because words are pin-pointed to take the place where images cannot sometimes. It is a mental imagery, it is a sound imagery, it is a projection of your life and story unto the audience if done correctly. Anything you put your heart into, you create with a passion and a sentiment and a message, is art.
- What do you consider to be the worlds biggest waste of time?--- The greatest waste of time I think, that we as a people put into our world, is our sense of self-importance and vanity. We need to stop worrying so much about selfishness and lend ourselves to the greater good. This speaks especially for the Western society I am involved in. Instead of channeling our energy into our own fulfillment, we could be making others more fulfilled, which is a symbiotic thing actually.
- Who is your hero?---- I always think of my boyfriend as my hero. He came into my life at a time where if I didn't have his support and his friendship, I wouldn't have had any of that. I was in a tough place and he pulled through it with me. He gave me love and friendship when I needed it most. Without that support, to this day, my life wouldn't have many of things in it that are essential to my happiness.
- Define success--- A place in your mind where you feel like you are doing what you want to, and you're doing it well.
