- Jog on treadmill 15-30 minutes a day
- Light weight-lifting twice a week
- Walk around the block every night
- Stretch daily
- Leg toning warm-up reps daily
- Ab toning warm-up reps daily
- Diet
- Eat Vegetable(s) and/or Fruit with every meal
- Drink a Glass of Water before every meal
- No Sugar/Wheat/Dairy during the week, only weekends!!
