Banana,spinach and coconut milk
- 2/3 bananas (depending on if using other fruit)
- 1 cup/ 90g spinach
- 1/2 cup to 1 cup coconut milk, to taste
- optional: coriander, prunes

- 2 bananas
- 1 cup/250ml milk (cow, soy, almond...)
- 2 tbps/30ml honey (or maple syrup, condensed milk...)
- 4 tps cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp/30ml peanut butter
