• eat some chocolate
  • drink a lot of water
  • don't go online! you can do this!
  • clean up or start organizing yur room
    • you don't have to finish immediately, take a break if u want to
    • at least you're doing some work
  • go pee after all that water
  • take a dump after all that chocolate
  • take a shower and cleanse yourself for a fresh start!!
  • also, brush your teeth
  • after brushing your teeth, put on lip balm if u have some
  • do your homework !
    • i know you just don't feel like it, but trust me, you will feel much much lighter and more free after making progress
      • force urself force yourself force yourself
  • read the book you've been avoiding, or reread your favorite if you've read everything u have
  • eat something that isn't processed food
  • write something (even if u suck)
  • draw something (even if u suck)
  • talk to urself, what have you been thinking about
  • talk to your dog, or pet, or a plant
  • try dancing a dance that u know even if it's embarrassing
  • or do whatever u feel like doing that's healthy
  • force urself
