- exercise 20-30 min a day
- workout video
- bike
- walk
- hike
- swim
- spend at least an hour outside
- three meals (large breakfast, medium lunch, medium dinner) and in between snacks (small portioned)
- don't eat until full, wait awhile
- drink more water (also before a meal)
- stop procrastinating
- tackle most important and large tasks early in the day and early in the week
