• exercise 20-30 min a day
  • workout video
  • bike
  • walk
  • hike
  • swim
  • spend at least an hour outside
  • three meals (large breakfast, medium lunch, medium dinner) and in between snacks (small portioned)
  • don't eat until full, wait awhile
  • drink more water (also before a meal)
  • stop procrastinating
  • tackle most important and large tasks early in the day and early in the week
