"The term has come to refer to a collection of clothing that is composed of interchangeable items only, to maximise the number of outfits that can be created. The aim is to have an outfit suitable for any occasion without owning excessive items of clothing. This is usually achieved by buying what are considered to be "key" or "staple" items in coordinating colours." Aim for 50 or fewer pieces.

I want to try using a capsule wardrobe as a central collection for the rest of my clothes. I have neutral basics, but I don't really love any of them, so I want to find good quality ones to invest in instead of just constantly buying fast fashion/throwaway pieces.
