end of month eval: i had some cheat days but i definitely formed the wake up early habit. i now feel terrible about myself if i wake up past 9:30 on any given day. (excluding weekend nights where i drank, i woke up early on sat/sun mornings as well). there are even days where i would much rather sleep at 11 and wake up at 6:30. all in all i would call that habit a success. planner habit still needs some work, but it's getting there. mostly i now do one or the other (either i write it down or i do it). i want to do both.
