    • meditate every morning, 4+ mins.
    • work out every morning, 10+ mins.
    • do not go to sleep without reading at least 20 pages.

habits to break

    • saying i'll do something and then forgetting about it
      • how to go about this: i know my mental notes are unreliable, so if somebody tells me to do something, either do it then and there or tell them to hold on so i can write it down.

update, may 9: so far this is not working out. be harder on yourself. get it done. you will not quit.

update, may 10: still not working that well but as a general theme i am feeling more confident that it will.
