  • watch what I eat, drink, listen to, watch, say, think, etc.
  • form the right habits (dailyinsist)
  • and then actually keep the damn habits
  • meditate every morning
  • document meals with pictures (don't count calories)
  • at least 3 happy moments, more is great
  • surround myself with positivity
  • calm my temper
  • build my patience
