20 Super-Healthy Smoothies
- Orange Dream Creamsicle
- 1 navel orange, peeled
- ¼ cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- Green Tea, Blueberry, and Banana
- 2 tsp honey
- 1½ cup frozen bluberries
- ½ medium banana
- soymilk
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 green tea bag
- Microwave water until steaming in small bowl. add tea bag and allow to brew 3 minutes. Remove tea bag; stir in honey until it dissolves.
- Combine with other ingredients and blend

- 1 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries
- ¾ cup soymilk
- ¼ frozen pitted unsweetned cherries
- 1½ tbsp honey
- 2 tsp finely grated fresh ginger
- 2 tsp ground flaxseed
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice

- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 banana
- ½ cup orange juice
- 6 frozen strawberries

- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 6 ice cubes
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- Combine the yogurt and ice cubes. Blend until the ice is in large chunks. Add pineapple and blend until smooth.

- ⅛ tsp powdered ginger
